So this is the Issue I have with my VERIZON bill.
Start of bill: SEPT 24th
On Oct 2nd at 4:28PM things start going badly.
At this point I have 366 minutes on the 6537 phone #. And 165 minutes on the 0484 phone #. Combined that is 531 minutes. FYI: I HAVE a 700 minute plan!!!
The next phone call made from the 0484 phone was during Peak charge time DOMESTIC. However it was charged “Air Charges.” On the same day during Peak charge the 6537 phone was correctly NOT charged and given “PlanAllow” status.
I was UNDER 700 minutes and the 0484 CONTINUED to get charged for 67 minutes! ($29.70)
On Oct 6th at 5:00PM the 0484 phone was STOLEN.
You have reimbursed the international charges THANK YOU.
The same international changes had 62 minutes of “Air Charges.” ($27.90) These charges were not reimbursed. WHY NOT???
Because I had 700 minutes used on Oct 8th I stopped using my phone during Peak hours. On Oct 15th Verizon gave me 150 bonus minutes because my phone had been stolen. THANK YOU. I used 126 of these minutes. Thank you again.
NOW:
I had never used Peak minutes over my allowed time within my plan. Even if you include the stolen minutes time I Never went over the 700 minutes.
